Cheers, Eddie. To be honest with you it's nothing special from architectural point of view, but it's nicely located though. In my opinion there are much nicer places around. Entire train line from Glasgow to Mallaig offers unforgettable views.

As a Scot, I'd suggest August as the heather in the hills is in full bloom adding a lovely purple colouring.

Great shot Adrian, did you ride the Jacobite steam train over it? Great experience and fun leaning out the carriage window to get shots. Tip - watch your lens doesn't get covered in soot ......... like mine did!

Cheers! No, I took a ScotRail train from Fort William to Glenfinnan. My plan was to capture the Jacobite train on the Glenfinnan Viaduct, but I would have to wait too long. There was so many beautiful places to visit but my time was very limited, and I had to choose. Maybe I will go there again because I would definitely like to visit Scottish Highlands and Isle of Skye. Scotland is beautiful and has so many to offer.
