Water Rail photo taken in good light today.
It seems to me as though its back focusing slightly with my sigma 150-600 (C) lens ?
I have noticed this a few times with this combo, does anyone know an approximate adjustment to make either in camera or with the dock ?

That is beautiful, looks a great lens

The 11-16 is a great detail lens, I've gotten a lot of great shots with mine, however don't shoot into the sun it flares. I don't know if the markII version resolved this issue.

Agree. This is a great lens for the money. Here's another vantage point from Blue Hen Falls also shot with the tokina.

Awesome shots Charlie!! Mulberry ??

Yes, after the storm, with so many limbs torn or cut off, the mulberry is confused. It's happened before, in 2004.

This slightly underexposed and heavily cropped photo shows off well the capability of the 7D II, especially for a crop camera. Here's the original simply converted to jpg with no processing, showing the crop area, and a cropped and retouched version. This is a Grasshopper Sparrow, a rarity here in Nova Scotia, Canada.

Taken with 7DII, 500 f4 II, handheld.

Anyone have experience with 1.4x and 2x TC's on the 7D Mark II? Is the 2x usable on the f2.8 lens?

While perhaps not directly relevant, I have a used 1.4x with a Sigma 50-500 OS. I find I could use the autofocus in live view to make it work reliably.

A stunning result, and as you say, shows the capabilities of the 7D2 - but I think it also shows a lot about your editing abilities. This does not look like simple editing. Would you care to give some details on the processing?
