Fantastic Kenny! Just wonder as I am learning this lens. For the last picture you used f16, should it be possible to use say f8 and tilt the lens for a gain in sharpness for large prints? Not that your picture is not sharp, it looks very sharp in this jpeg:-)

Glad you asked - that's what this thread is for!

I used f/16 less because of sharpness and more because I enjoy long exposures at dusk. Most of what I shoot are longer exposures so sharpness is rarely my main goal.

Just remember that tilting the lens in this instance would result in less sharpness. On this occasion the lens was shot as a normal prime lens without any tilt or shift.

And with the way a TSE works, using the sweet spot of the image circle...it is incredibly sharp at smaller apertures that you might avoid with a standard lens.

Hey guys, Went digging through old photos again and found this one. I really enjoyed photographing this place. I just heard that some of the trees have finally fallen over from these past few hurricanes that passed through. Really sad since it's probably one of the coolest places under 10 hours from me :) This was 3 photos stitched in portrait orientation.

Yep, two of the trees are gone, this one you show was knocked down by Hurricane Matthew, the little one next to the other big tree was knocked down by Hermine...this tree you show here was my favorite though...

Damn man that stinks. I was all about getting back here some time soon. I've still got unfinished business on that road to drive out there though :)

Sorry guys, a few more: this is my favourite time of the year for photography thanks to the early sun sets and still fairly warm weather.
