I haven't gotten mine in yet but it does come with that bag. There is also a new bag for it that they made because the original that comes with it has a top that you can't close when using the extension head. The new bag has a zippered section at the top that partially opens to allow you to plug it in and still prevent the strobe from falling out of the bag if on the move with it. It also has the handle attachments on the side of the bag higher up so it doesn't top as much. Much better design and it's only like $16 but it's on backorder. I ordered that as well. Here's the link to the new one. http://www.adorama.com/fplfxp003.html (external link)

fyi, the extension head includes the newer bag

Great pics. I think the top one would be great for a Christmas Card. I love that it's a pic of the kids being kids...very natural.

Hehe thanks. I like it too

This really makes me feel good about my decision to go with a6500 now that I have officially made the transition. I've had big concerns about moving away from the FF 5d3 but I absolutely hated taking it out. Now they just need to start shipping! Of course it'll arive during the worst time of the year for photography around here! All color is gone :-(.

I got a7rII and a6300, both are amazing cameras, also had 5dIII before. so glad its gone.

True that some lens options are not much smaller, and I still use DSLR lenses with my mirrorless cameras, but you get an option of using tiny lenses as well.

a6x000 with FE55 is amazing, need to get FE28 at one point. I did have a E 24 Zony, it was great price, but for being crop only it was just to expensive to keep.

But back on topic, so glad 5DIII is gone :)

I brought the a6000 when I had my Canon 6D as a way to see if I liked the Sony sytem.

I did, and brought the A7mkii and sold my 6D.

I take my a6000 out with me now and then and use it on a second tripod using the Syrp Genie for timelapse when I'm shooting the A7.

I like the a6000 for the frame rate when shooting my kids a school sports.

When I had 5DIII, I experimented with mirrorless, had Olympus OM-D 5, 1 and 10.

All Olympus cameras are great, and OM-D E-M1 is my favorite camera of all time, but just really dislike the M4/3 sensor, they could at least stick with APS-C.

Then I made a mistake of buying the Canon EOS M, and M3, what a POS cameras those were, only good for stationary objects.
