Sorry for my delay..... Now for the judging. Let me start with saying none of the entries were anything I expected to see this week so good for you all. I was a teensy disappointed not to see at least a couple of entries of your Thanksgiving feasts......

Sibil: That is the funniest pumpkin decorating I have seen this season..... the subject not so funny but nice way to combine the two.
Trumper: Your weather looks better than our dreary skies & chilly, windy days. I like the details on the phone.
Jim: Brrrr, just thinking about how cold Chicago gets but I bet it adds to the Christmas feeling. As for the crowds, no thanks..I stayed hunkered down here through the madness of the weekend.
Carlo: Now you are preying on my weakness-wildlife! I was just looking at doing a winter photo shoot in Yellowstone for 4 days but not sure I could overcome the shivering to take a decent photo. Wildlife is my favorite subject to photograph & that includes my crazy grandkids.

Winners:
1-Jim Askew
2- Sibil
3-Trumper

Maureen, that's Trumper's entry. I have hand problem right now so can't hold camera, have to type with one finger, one hand. Back on POTN and entering next year - I HOPE! :-(

Congrats Jim and Trumper.
As for my shot, I was being a bit of a clown. But truthfully, I am always grateful for being employed; having gone through spells of unemployment, in the past.

Congratulations to Trumper and Sibil; and thanks for the 1st Place nod, Mo.

I held off on posting our Thanksgiving feast photo as I was sure someone else would do so :-)

The wife and I were in Chicago last week for a family Thanksgiving...we had a grand time but it was ever so cold! We went to the Kris Kringle Fair on Friday and nearly froze. We stood in line for 30 minutes to get into the food tent for a warm glass of Gl├╝hwein! It was worth the wait :-)

I'll have a new contest up shortly...perhaps we can get a few more folks to enter this week? :-)

Teekay, hope your hand issue resolves quickly!!!!! I have been having a terrible time with my low back for a week now....yesterday I thought it was finally doing better but today it reminded me that it was only a fleeting moment.
