Brilliant image quality, terrible AF.

It is an old camera, but still it is worth it compared to the newest crop camera.

Video functions is also great. I use it regulary for comersial purposes. Even the microphone is excelent, much better than any cell phone can offer you. I also use the camera for interviewing people for a local radio.

Living in Austria, I am so glad that there is stuff like Gimp out there...
I am a happy giver, so if you find any misspelling in my text, you can keep them... :)

This was my first full frame camera! I loved the time I had with it, but the upgrade to the mark III was just the upgraded I needed.

I had shot with 1.6x crop cameras for years and years. This is my first full frame camera. While I like it, I don't see miraculous differences between my results with the 5D2 compared with my 7D cameras.

I will admit, however,, that I don't normally shoot at very high ISO or use my DSLR cameras for video.

One thing, the autofocus just limps along in comparison to my 7D cameras...
