Then maybe you should sell your 70-300 and 55-250 to fund this lens faster, not sure if you really need those 2 lenses, but once you get 70-200 2.8II i doubt you will touch them again, and you already have 100-400 so you are covered between 16mm up to 400mm regardless of which f-stop. The 55-250 STM is my wife's... I should take it off my list. She also inherited my 70D. They tend to move pretty quickly. Consider setting up a notification from Canon Price Watch for better street pricing as sometimes you can get new for the same or maybe even less, plus you may not have taxes. Gear

That's one of the reasons I love Florida for bird photography. This made me think of the Wakodahatchee Wetlands. Gear

Favourite camera / lens combos: a 1DX II with a Tamron 45 1.8 VC, an A7Rii with a Canon 24-70F2.8L II, and a 5DSR with a Tamron 85 1.8 VC. Every lens I own I strongly recommend [Canon (35Lii, 100L Macro, 24-70F2.8ii, 70-200F2.8ii, 100-400Lii), Tamron (45 1.8, 85 1.8), Sigma 24-105]. If there are better lenses out there let me know because I haven't found them.

This was taken using the Brenizer method and is a composite of 50 photos all taken hand-held. Image hosted by forum (831560) © s1a1om [SHARE LINK] THIS IS A LOW QUALITY PREVIEW.
