Great Light and result. But are you sure the light was to your left? Catch light and the nose shadow right below clearly shows the light to be right in front of her!!

I think the thread has always been for speed-light type flashes, whether mounted on the camera or off camera wirelessly triggered. The parentheses around (HOTSHOE FLASH) in the title are just a clarifier of what kind of flash, meaning NOT studio strobes. At least that's the way I've always interpreted it.
