Yesterday shot Zane for two hours. I must say - awesome model. Super beautiful and she smokes - what you could wish more.

Now - is my photo up to par, that is the question.

///and i swear i did not brighten the eye

I like it quite a bit......except that eye is a little....um...prominent.

The light is great elsewhere.

Just a tiny little bit.

Great capture!

[Just for the sake of experimentation: I wonder how it would look if there were more 'negative space' to the left of your model, than to the right. More 'incoming' than 'outgoing'?]

All right, just one of the moments why my gut says what it says - if we would move her to the right side, our brain would want to see a light source and, by not seeing it, the image would become weird.

As it is now, the darkness to the right brings some depth to the image and her expression... "a dark secret behind her", "getting out to the light".

I like it, as it is, maybe crop off a tiny part of the top.

with the an adjustment brush I lowered the exposure of the eye in LR, I like what it did.

Oh, yes - most absolutely! I always love your work, and this piece is no exception. I especially love all of the black "empty" space. You have a really good knack of using "figure/ground" in your photography.

I believe you.

The bright eye makes me think immediately of Colin Hay in the Overkill video.

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

Don't mind the bright eye.
What does bother me is the shadow of the nose. I realize its the result of a low light camera left but it just looks off to me.
