I braved the thick snow and gusting winds this morning - I couldn't capture what I went out to photograph as the wind was so brutal that I could only just stand up against it, let alone set up my camera. Nonetheless, happy with my results:

Fantastic images, especially the second one. It has all the drama that a B&W should have.

Thank you - the scene was begging for B&W!

My locale :-)

Not sure how familiar you are with the place, but venture right along, either by beach or road (its a far walk tho) and come to an area known as South Gare, basically the Tees Estuary and breakwater, some amazing sights down there to photograph

I processed this one in 2017 so I guess that counts :)

The first light of the day hits the Minarets in the Eastern Sierra. This was from a backpacking trip I did last July and I had these meadows to myself for 3 days, quite the summer treat.

Not at all familiar - went to the Uni for a visit with my eldest and thought we have a quick (Well I did!) look at the beach - I would have liked to have got to some of the more industrial areas but didn't have the time!

But she likes the Uni and hopes she gets an offer and gets the grades needed - so I might get chance to see a bit more of the area!
