Anyone know if this camera will be going on sale soon - somewhere Planning on getting one, so i thought i would ask

Not sure i understand - im looking to get a 5D Canon Marc IV, so i was asking if anyone new if there was any deals coming up or Canon Rebate coming up or ?? Since i want to purchase one. Thanks

You should indicate that this is an import model with no Canon USA warranty when you post a link in this manner just to be safe.

Nothing wrong with posting a question... but I'm not aware of anyone on this forum who has the knowledge or authority to announce a sale that is to take place in the near to distant future.

It would certainly not be a risky proposition to say that yes, indeed, the 5D4 will go on sale at some point in the future. Either because the model is getting older by the minute and other cameras will be announced that reduces sales of the 5D4 (perhaps like the 6D2), and also because Canon will run special rebates a couple times a year. I believe the next rebate period comes out right around the early spring period, but these rebates usually are coupled to a printer or lens purchase, so be wary of that.
