Thank you!

How do you know the pics themselves are ruined? This could be any number of things:

Bad card. (toss it)
Bad import. (try again, try another method, new card reader, new USB cable, poor wireless connection, etc.)
Bad rendering. (Even the best software messes up from time to time, re-import)
Corrupt file on computer. (many causes)
Camera error. (Repeatable or random)

You need to know WHAT is wrong before making any plans to correct the problem.

The file is corrupted. The important issue to work out is how it became corrupted.
1. When written to the card by camera - the card is faulty and the file is toast.
2. During transfer. The file on the card is fine but was corrupted during transfer due to a fault cable/card reader/connection. - Transfer again using different cable and it should be OK.
3. When written to the computer. The cable is OK but the computer HD has a fault so the file gets corrupted.
