Personally, I try to not do too much touching up on men, but in this case, I would definitely try to tone down the blemishes (at least the ones that are not permanent, anyway). Beyond that, I would either zoom in more so that the subject's face fills almost all of the frame, or pull back just a touch so that you at least get the edges of the shoulders- otherwise you get what I like to call the "floating head" syndrome. http://imagedphotography.com
