My LG monitor gave out tonight and I'm need of a new one quick to finish editing pictures. Any recommendations under $250?

At that price range, one of the best range of monitors is made by Viewsonic. In particular I think you should look at the VP2468 Usually Best Buy carries an extensive number of Viewsonic monitors should something else strike your fancy.

Thank you. I'll look into that one. I was looking at Samsung last night online.

This may not be what you're looking for, but I've gotten all my monitors off of this cite, it gives you the best deals people find online, so you can get newer ones on sale / cheaper.

I would check woot.com, too- they have deals that change daily, and you can often find some great stuff in there.

I went with the 22in Samsung SF350 for $130. The local stores didn't have a huge selection and I needed one quickly so ordering one was a no go. Now to calibrate it correctly.
