Yah i saw the screen and that's a bummer. Big deal breaker for me as we love to shoot low angles.

I also wish it had a tilt screen.

While I was shooting my bird bath, this male Anna's flew to the feeder. You can see where the feeder is in relation to the new bird bath. Hopefully, I'll be able to get a shot of one of them bathing in it someday.

Eddie, another solution for the Contax to E mount

http://www.ebay.com …6-NEX5-NEX3-/141869996246 (external link)

has a 1/4" spot for tripod plate, needs an L bracket of some sort to work, like Henjar

another with a whole foot

http://www.ebay.com …With-Tripod-/271976571644 (external link)

downside with the foot is landscape orientation wont work out with a fixed foot.

Bought a Sears 75-260 F4.5 for $5 a few weeks ago and decided to test out it's close focus function tonight.

i have the same but the older without 4k. and I wish it has a an LCD.

Update: I like the new FDR-X3000 though especially the new menu system. It's a lot easier to navigate. it's easier to navigate now. and Steadyshot of the Sony is a lot better compared to hero5(which is digital only and will take up battery life)

This was captured last week during an epic sunrise. This is facing the opposite way. I wanted to catch the morning light hit the buildings.

If the building looks like it's leaning, it's not. It's just an optical illusion because of the shape of the left side of the Nix building.

Edit: I may find this to be too vibrant in the morning. We shall see. After editing in black and white for a while, it feels strange to work on a color image.

Sears? Whoa, there is SOOO much about photography I don't know. Never knew Sears had a line of lenses. Wonder if JC Penney and Montgomery Ward had lenses too? K-Mart maybe? :p

Seriously though, that is intriguing and I hope you'll soon post some images captured with it soon. Congrats. :)
