It seems that there is no Australia thread on this part of the forum. It is such an amazing country, it deserves an own thread IMO.
I would love to see your photos of the land Down Under. I'll do the kick off.

So.....did you just kind of walk up to this guy? I thought roos had a certain degree of danger...it looks like you're pretty close. He looks a bit unsure.

Great picture.

Thank you!

Yes, I was very close to this guy (or girl). I've done this many times (all over Australia) and most kangaroos are very friendly.
My 2 year old daughter was petting the kangaroos at Lucky Bay. Such a great location and great memories already (this was about 3 months ago) and I captured many family shots.

Good idea mate! I would ask the moderator to include NZ to have more audience here.

I've never been to Oz....I didn't realize it was so far down under that everything was tilted. That's crazy. I'd love to see that sometime. :p

I do not like heights, so I passed on the bridge climb but I did go to the top of the pylon lookout and the views were spectacular.

Oh hadn't you noticed, that seems to happen all over the world. I've never seen it in real life it only seems to appear on phones and the internet. :-)
