My home has gone up 75% in price, it's insanity. I feel sorry for those that didnt get in on time, prices really have to crash and burn badly to get back to something manageable..... these prices are not manageable IMO. We saw some of that even here in TX too...I had 30% appreciation in 4 years on my current home, but yeah not CA levels at all.
