Yes it is a Chickadee with what appears to be a deformed beak. I have one that visits my feeders with a cross bill, but it does seem to effect his ability to eat the sunflower seeds or peanuts!

interestingly I was thinking the same. Is this ok smythie?? lol used he 1.4III ... Just for information sake. MFA w = 0,.. T = -3 at 390mm Just walking around shooting critters..
