I know this has been discussed before, but I have to comment. There really is no reach, imho, with a 1.3 or 1.6. It only the expansion of the sensor size to display in a format comparable to 35mm. It is just what it is, a crop at the time the picture is taken rather than during processing. ߘͰߘͰߘ

Decided to move to the d iv from my d iii Should be here Tuesday, under 100000 shutter count. Deciding whether to unload the d iii and keep the 5dc, or, keep d iii and unload the 5dc, or just say the heck with it and keep them all. Lol. Just an amateur with some extra dollars Shoot some sports, wildlife nod scenics. Any thouugts?

Well, I just bought a 5Dc for $300.... and the seller paid paypal and shipping fees. He didn't end up with much. I don't know what a ID iii goes for these days.

In you place I'd likely keep the 5D,. you really will never pick up the 1D3 after you have a 4,. unless you like to shoot two action bodies at once a lot, or just keep it for back up. I'd be more inclined to have the 5D be the 2nd body in most two body situations.
