I've only had this lens for a couple days and I'm blown away so far. Very sharp even at 600mm, I can't believe it. This image from the back yard today.

I went out for a bimble, well being in a wheelchair I can hardly call it a walk:), down along the river, and took the 50D and just the 150-600.

I got told this duck was a relatively rear visitor to the UK, but looking up what I was told it was, a Hawaiian Pintail, it didn't look much like the images or description I found. Can anyone identify it for me?

I like the grass shots Alan, I do that sort of thing a lot :)
