A couple from the Arnold Classic this past weekend.

Originally captured in JPG/Fine Detail. Subsequently noise reduced and smart sharpened a bit in PS. Uncropped - just resized.

A few from our first visit to Chester Zoo last Saturday, handheld as usual 5DmkIII, 70-200 2.8 mkII with the Canon 1.4 mkIII extender.

1- shot through viewing glass between fingerprints, hence the slight distortion on the head 'spines'

My son is 17 years old and will be gone to college next year. I've been trying to get him to pose but he refuses. I managed to catch him on a hike in a thoughtful pose. Absolutely love the way this lens renders the background. Soft late evening light, around 7:30pm. No noise reduction. Kid needs to shave though! :)
