the camera is collecting dust right now, as there is just no time :(

My gear was too, so I sold it all. Just a few things left. Bought a Sony a6500 with 3 zoom lenses covering everything fro 10-300mm (15-450mm full frame equivalent). I do plan on buying on fast prime and a set of extension tubes for macro.. Maybe a flash too. I will still be a couple grand ahead in cost as well. I love the size it is, much smaller than my Canon bodies, and now I am much more likely to take it along with me. Takes fantastic photos too. :)

I kinda did, didn't I! :)

Things are generally pretty darn good. Still wishing I was retired, but moving slowly towards that. At least with my work I can semi-retire. Hope to be out travelling around North America soon, checking out all it has to offer.

And you, how's the family? Is it growing any?

It was windy yesterday like most of the upper midwest. Parents lost a branch on their 40 year old silver maple. It's coming down tomorrow as it's been damage by lightening before so this newest damage pretty much sealed it's fate.

Also my 2 year old. My mom yelled at me as it's only 38°F outside today.

Well, I am into my 2nd year of my MBA, and it sucks up every free minute of my life. Between work, MBA, family, there isn't much time to do anything else. I mentioned just a few posts ago, that we are expecting another kid, in T-8 days (due date is the 17th), so hands will be full even more so!!!

No rest for the wicked as they say. I may have to dust off the camera just to get some photos...

as for photos I took in the past, I am still backed up to last august for processing photos in lightroom/ps....

How did the misses do this time? The first one was pretty rough for you.
