Ahi or Yellowfin Tuna.

Smothered in olive oil then grilled. Served with a wasabi-soy dipping sauce and a little melted butter. Topped with thinly sliced green onion.

I'm bugged by cutting the cup off, as I don't usually like to do that.

I personally don't mind having the frame cut through an object that's part of the background. My impression is that the long, tapering back of the cup is a distraction from the food. What would you think about cropping 1/2 inch off the top and some amount off the bottom?

Thanks for the feedback! I will certainly try that crop and see how i like it! I see what you mean by having that long cup being distracting and can't unsee it! :P

I agree re the crop. Its OK to crop off part of a plate or, in this case a cup, if that item is not an interesting part of the picture.

Random breakfast sandwich I made this morning. Normally I don't take pictures of food I make, but I thought it looked interesting enough.
