Thanks, Nd. Yes, it came out especially well. Been doing it for quite a few years. My main variety is smoked kielbasa and that takes another day in the smoker but well worth it.

Looks nice Gene - reminds me that it has been too long since I had Ramen. I got curious one day and googled chopsticks etiquette for various east Asian nations ... very interesting.
