Either would look nice in print. The first particularly so on metal...

Car 52 was built in 1903 by the American Car Company for the Los Gatos Interurban Railway Company as their number 4.The Southern Pacific consolidated the electric lines around the San Jose area into the Peninsular Railway in 1909.Today it runs through rural Solano county on the Western Railway Museum tracks.

Well there are a couple of ways you could remove the stanchion.
1) Get a heavy duty hacksaw. But Network Rail and the BTP might get a little bit upset if you did that.
2) Photoshop.

This took me about 30 minutes, there are a few anomalies in the overhead wires, and if you look carefully you can see the joins in the body panels. But working on the full size image and taking your time you should be able to do a decent job of it.

That's pretty good work, John! Now, if the sign & the fence weren't there...

Nebraska Zephyr at the Illinois Train Museum in Union, IL. The green is a reflection of the engine on the track next to it in the shed.

Yes, I know there is a WB issue. I'm tired of arguing with the computer about it for the time being.

The WB in these? I think the cool look works for an overcast Winter day like that.

Love the shots, and there is NO WB issue whatsoever, according to my color dropper widget, and my eyes.
