Thanks, Ted!

I wish it was due to some super skill that I possessed, but truth be told, I rediscovered the virtues of Large Zone AF. For small birds, it is remarkably effective. I shot bursts of 5-6 shots and the 7D2 nailed focus on pretty much every one of them, even with the twisty turning flight pattern of the killdeer.
