Welcome to the forum,

None of the five images you have posted indicate you even have a 70D, (as you mention below)..... They state 700D.

And the T3 states T3i... each of those camera bodies have their own threads - why are you posting here?

As a new member of the group I have somehow selected the 700D instead of the 70D that I actually own.
The picture above was taken with my t3i as stated in the comment.

Thank you for pointing this error out. I did not realize this would be a problem nor that there was such competition or bias for different bodies.

This will be my last post in the forum even though I do have a 70D.

What Will most likely meant is that you are supposed to post photos taken with the 70D on this forum thread. For the other photos there are other threads out there.

I apologize for the tone of my post towards you - and sincerely hope you remain on this forum and certainly post your images on the forum.

I take responsibility for my post and again I am sorry for its tone. Please note that after the posts you made - no other member of this thread either made note about the 700D issue or even cared - I mention this because this 70D thread is full of good folks and we really are a welcoming group.

best regards,
Will

While I don't post here much now, as have gone mirrorless, (I do still have my 70D and think I'll use it in winter, as it has a degree of weather sealing that the M5 doesn't. }

I loved the 600D/T3i thread, and enjoyed the friends I made there, but the 70D was even more friendly, and importantly, very helpful with all sorts of technical/photography issues.

I agree that Will was probably just trying to point out that are different threads for different cameras. I'd also like to say that Will has been one of the friendliest, most helpful people here, for me.

Canon EOS 70D: added a Canon M5: A mixture of Canon, Sigma, Tamron and Tokina prime and zoom lenses, a Samyang fisheye, and just for fun a couple of Helios 44-2 58m..

\__ This and agree on both points. I post in many of the same threads as Will and have always valued his input and presence. Yeah the tone was not perfect, but he owned up to it in a very above the line way, which is not common these days. At the end of the day, the message was the right one, and it was appropriate to point out there are certain threads for certain gear.
