Considering this is from a 120-300mm f2.8 with a 2*TC at f8 and a crop I'm pretty happy with the performance. Sure its not going to beat the primes or anything but this is more than suitable for me (esp as most of what I post is online).

As always any comments/crits are most welcome!

Tools of the trade: Canon 400D, Canon 7D, Canon 70-200mm f2.8 IS L M2, Sigma 120-300mm f2.8 OS, Canon MPE 65mm f2.8 macro, Sigma 150mm f2.8 macro, Tamron 24-70mm f2.4, Sigma 70mm f2.8 macro, Sigma 8-16mm f4.5-5.6, Raynox DCR 250, loads of teleconverters and a flashy thingy too

I'd be interested in knowing what kind of godwit it is and where this was taken.

Taken at RSPB Minsmere, UK and its either a Black-tailed or a Bar-tailed. I think its a bar-tailed, but I'm honestly not sure (steadily working on improving my bird ID this year).
