Oak Harbor Washington. I highly doubt it is a Great Egret. Matches up with the other pictures I found of Albino's. If it were a Great Egret it would have to be very lost.

The Great Egret has a large range. If you look at the Ebird species map and zoom into Oak Harbor there have been quite a few in close proximity. This link is for the map for Great Egret only.

Bumped into a couple of jays today. I had to shoot around and through a lot of tree clutter but managed a few half decent shots.
