Bumped into a couple of jays today. I had to shoot around and through a lot of tree clutter but managed a few half decent shots.

Thanks, Jan. They're always a difficult bird for me, quick moving and skittish and suddenly there were two of them, just sitting there and not going anywhere. So I'm pleased with the shots even though I would have preferred them to be in a cleaner spot, but oh well... :)

This guy caught a fish that was too big for him. I watched him trying to figure out how to swallow it for about 10 minutes before he finally gave up and dropped it and went on his way.
