Really new to maternity shots. Thoughts on this one? I really like it but I feel there is room for improvement. Any ideas? Composition or post processing?

I think I would have gone with a camera point of view at eye level. It is true that the baby bump is the point of the shot. But the eye is always drawn to the eyes. The POV makes it a look-up shot, giving her chin prominence. The other thing that caught my attention was the blurry flower shoots in the foreground. I think it's distracting. See how you like it if you crop to just above the knees.

I have different points of view, how about this one... I actually liked the up shot on this one because I felt a sense of confidence, probably because I knew it was her third girl. :D LOL but I knew that some might not get that same reaction. I do agree a bit about the flowers in the foreground. I was trying to create depth but I feel I missed the mark a bit on that one. :-)

Did you plan the color of the dress to match the flowers? It looks lovely. I'm not sure how I would edit this.. maybe warm it up so she doesn’t have cold skin tones and play with saturations and adding a touch of haze.

Somewhat planned I knew I wanted to take shot in the flowers and knew she had this dress. So I simply stated it would be a wonderful choice with the flowers. I was thinking warm it up too. We got down to the flowers about 5 minutes to late for the beautiful light because we did family first and they were a little late, but every time I've tried to warm it up it feels a bit off. Maybe I need to try a different approach.

I would definitely edit the skin tones as she currently is blue/magenta.
