I've been using Opera for many years. As it developped I eventually stuck to v11.52, so I can't speak for more recent versions. - I can't upload to POTN with Opera presently, but that might also be an issue of operating system or Flash or all of them not cooperating properly.

I've switched to using Otter Browser, which is Open Source and aims to emulate the "good old" Opera features.

POTN upload works with that on my machine.

Might have to give that a try, every time they update Opera it gets slower.

Does Vivaldi have built in VPN as well? With the new Trump admin rules, I'm looking for something to cloak my browsing habits. I was going to get Opera but with their new Chinese ownership, I'm not sure I am comfortable with that either.

If I don't get the shots I want with the gear I have, the only optics I need to examine is the mirror on the bathroom wall. The root cause will be there.

Hmm, isn't Epic Chrome rebadged?

I've never trusted Poogle...

I tried with latest Opera (on Win 10) and upload works fine. Version of the Opera is

Version: 44.0.2510.1159 (PGO) - Opera is up to date
Update stream: Stable
System: Windows 10 64-bit

POTN upload tool uses standard html file upload methods, not Flash (we have zero Flash here).

Try disabling Opera Turbo. Do not use any Proxy.

I am using 36.0,I am Still using XP for a OS so I think it wont update anymore,No proxy..

So maybe thats the problem? I could try a Linux distro and try that.
Its no big deal i don't upload alot of stuff but its just annoying and life is annoying enough these days..;)

Version: 36.0.2130.80 - Opera is up to date

Unless you have specific propriately software needs, I'd go with a robust current Linux distro, like Mint over a no longer supported XP anyday.

I used to do Opera, I liked that it allowed mouse gestures. However, I switch and I can't remember why - iirc it was either memory leaks or crashing due to flash.
