As I mentioned on my Facebook page, it's not often these days I have a cute young female come running toward me. (hmm, did that EVER happen?). This afternoon, I dropped by the spot where I first met this young gal, who was just born a year ago, and she came running straight to me! She clearly recognized me from last year. It was a very heartwarming few moments. She looks like she made it through our winter in good shape. Now it's a waiting game to see if she is now a mother; she doen't look particularly pregnant at the moment, and the kits, if she had any, would have been born around now, or in the past week. Time will tell. You'll notice I had to pull the 2x extender off the camera as she kept getting closer and closer.

Thanks much John. I had my fingers crossed she'd still be there in spring. :-)

Beautiful shots, Ian. I must say, I have a weakness when it comes to beautiful redheads.
