It will once the Fuji TTL firmware update is released for all the Godox X system lights that can be set to slave mode.
Until then, it will probably fire them in M mode up to x sync.

I think HSS requires system specific support only at the transmitter. Kinda like how the TT600 only does HSS as a slave when paired with a TTL capable master.

That is just a hot shoe flash. I need X1-F or equivalent. Will this hot shoe flash trigger my XPLOR600 in HSS and TTL mode? I won't mind spending $85 or so for a while till a dedicated trigger comes up later in the yr.

But one small enough for on-camera work with a tiny mirrorless body. :) A7 users have been snapping up the TT350S for a while, now.

I need X1-F or equivalent.

That's the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, but we ain't there, yet. Cheetah Stand's Facebook page said (external link):

TT350 Aprll/May
TT685
V860II
X1T (Flash Havoc supposes X2T might actually be ready by then (external link) and the F/O triggers might just go straight to that, skipping over X1 version)
Firmware upgrades to enable autoswitching/TTL/HSS support in existing lights.

Also a 60 bulb LED head for the AD200 in May/June.

Will this hot shoe flash trigger my XPLOR600 in HSS and TTL mode?

It hopefully will, but not right away and probably not soon. Most theorize that it will fire the lights and power control them in M, but there is no definitive word on even that from Godox just yet.

I won't mind spending $85 or so for a while till a dedicated trigger comes up later in the yr.

OTOH, if HSS/TTL are your main draws, waiting for the trigger if the firmware dates aren't going to happen until its release might make more sense if you don't want a tiny little 2xAA-powered flash.

I believe the slave updates are just required for remote TTL metering. The manual HSS flashes like the TT600 have no means to upgrade the firmware AFAIK.

HSS requires that the trigger communicates to the camera that the camera should use FP sync firing rather than X sync.
The TT600 since it does not have the control pins required to communicate FP sync signally has to receive the FP sync signal from an FP capable master.
