I see that new FW was released today, which does state that it fixes some communication errors with the SD card slot. Im hoping this will fix the ones ive had (although not so many recently).

**Second time recently I've needed to go back and edit a shot for being dark. I don't notice it till later in the day. I'm starting to think it has something to do with me editing early in the morning with all the lights off in my office. Makes things appear brighter than they are maybe.

Well a pretty successful day with BIF. Wish I had more exotic birds around but oh well.

Had a lovely trip to The Netherlands & Belgium.... Our last night there was the night of the pink moon so I headed out to Saint Nicholas hoping for a railing to steady my camera on for a night shot.

They are nasty any time of the year, mean birds and very annoying... We have them on our pond ALL THE TIME, including winter.

Understood! My first car was a 70 Chevelle. It just had a 327, but my neighbor had the LS6 454. As I've aged, the 1965-72 muscle cars have become my favorites (Grand National excepted, of course). I'm glad there are lots of people who have preserved that muscle car era.

I had a bit of a Buick thing too,. my first car was a 1968 Buick wildcat convertible,. 430 V8,. lots of low end torque! I WISH I had preserved it :(

As long as there is open water. I figured they migrated from Canada to Florida or close. One winter we took a driving vacation and 500 miles south there they were.

One of my first 10 photos from this camera (just recently got it this was my first use for it). I still have to learn a lot about the new AF settings. So far I'm very impressed with the image quality compared to my 5D MKIII that I recently sold.
