Lbsimon ...never exercised in my life ![]() More info | Apr 19, 2017 11:36 | #2617 Ordered mine through CPW, should arrive tomorrow. I will pit it against the 7DII. However, I have already made up my mind - the 7DII will appear on the For Sale forum this weekend.

I've never been much of a straight line guy... now give me some curves and we're talking. I "had" a heavily modded Z (350) until last year. It was a lot of fun but I had the suspension modded so much you just didn't want to drive it every day. I got rid of it when I got my new truck and couldn't be happier. Truck works much better for me, and I actually drive it as opposed to it sitting in the garage for months at a time. Todd has some neat stuff though. This is why I'm keeping the suspension on my 370 stock. It seems to me it's a can of worms once you want to go to true coilovers all around then it's new arms, etc etc $$$$. I also like the compliance of the stock setup as it just sticks on uneven surfaces especially freeway expansion joints. Coming from an understeer nightmare wrx (no amt of modification could fix it without making it ride like crap), this car is lightyears more confident in turns. https://chrismarkes.smugmug.com/

Coming from an understeer nightmare wrx (no amt of modification could fix it without making it ride like crap), this car is lightyears more confident in turns. I did throw on some two piece z1 rotors (30lb reduction in rotating mass), ebc redstuff pads, motul 600 fluid, drop in k/n's, and fast intentions exhaust is on the way soon. It's also a midnight blue, and you just do not see many of them in that color, especially in Oregon, so it gets a lot of looks, but most importantly it's fun to drive. Anything else is either a lot bigger, a lot more expensive, and/or will lack the hydraulic steering feel of the Z. I do wish it had a bit more bottom end TQ, but it's works fine on the right roads. Oh and getting rid of those crap stock bridgestones transformed the vehicle. Pilot super sports, worth every $$$. Works fine as a daily driver and shockingly does better on gravel roads than the wrx did modified!!

digital paradise I still have 8 digits left ![]() More info | Apr 20, 2017 10:13 | #2621 Well after driving around for 2 days I have concluded the 5D4 is excellent but until I get a longer lens I think I will stick with my 7D2 for BIF for now. I get great results with my 1.4 TC but I think slows down initial AF acquisition a bit. At this point I think I still prefer shooting sans TC for BIF. Without it requires too much cropping. I will sort through some other shots.

MatthewK Goldmember More info Post edited over 4 years ago by MatthewK. | I had a 350Z, and went the opposite way into an STi. Love both cars, totally different road going personalities. RWD > AWD for handling and driver engagement, no doubt. When I was young and in college, that 2 door Z was a chick magnet and loads of fun, but now that I'm boring and practical, the 4 door STi is the rule of the day. What year WRX did you have?
