Apr 24, 2017 15:30 | #32316 Some more testing of the bombo filter system.... works poorly with 6 or 10 stop, but does well enough with 3 stop. Something is better than nothing, and no fault of the filter system, rather than the extreme design of the 10mm just doesnt work well due to angle of view. I think the adapters themselves could use more threads though, will have to shoot more normal lenses to see. I love that the filter system is extremely compact. on a sad note, cracked my polarizer.... not sure if still useable or not since it's at the side..... It focuses so slow with that LA-EA3 on the a7r, but who cares for landscape. The RX100 was brought specifically for the Billy Idol concert, as HOB doesn't allow DSLR without media creds. I did find it interesting that they allowed a Nikon superzoom bridge camera in, though. He could have told us what brand of eye liner Steve Stevens used with that thing. As long as it is an Art lens on a generation 2 body, it seems like the Sigma adapter is pretty much like native focus according to a few of the shooters here. Pretty good on Canon EF lenses, too, AFAIK? Sony A7RIII, Tamron 28mm 2.8 Di III OSD M1:2, Sonnar T* FE 55mm f/1.8 ZA, Canon 200mm 2.8L ii, Sigma MC-11, HVL-F43M
