You can easily do an entire wedding with a 24-70 F2.8 - add an 85 1.4 on a high megapixel camera (reasonable cropping alone replicates 135mm) and you are then only missing specialty lenses (not 100% necessary - but macro, wide angle for scenic shots venue permitting, fast 28/35 or 50 for extreme low light receptions)

Thanks for your input bro. Now i am more confident with my existing gears. I like to buy the PK Design lens exchangers. There's a knock off brand with even capable of three lenses.

Vinz, I wouldn't hang my lens on a knock-off product. Buy the peak design version lol.

I do find it handy when shooting weddings and events as it makes it very easy, though nerve racking, to quickly change lenses in the field without digging through a camera bag all the time.

That's what i'm thinking too. The GMs are expensive.

I would also look into the Think Tank Retrospective Lens Changer bags as well. When I used to shoot quick moving events, I would place my lenses into the LC3, carry around the body with 24-70 on a strap, and place a 35, 85 into two of the slots. I'd leave one slot empty to place the lens that I had on the camera in quickly. Carry it around with the flap tucked over and you have very quick access to your lenses. I find it much quicker than using a traditional camera bag. And when you're done you can transfer your gear back into your bag of choice.

While the lens changer idea of the PD is interesting, not sure I want to take the chance of your lenses getting hit while you move around and something about it declicking from the mount would scare me. unless it has a mount lock like on camera bodies (it might, I never looked at it), if it's a simple rotation that secures the lens, I'd be scared that a simple accidental rotation of the lens would send it flying.

Thanks! I basically drew inspiration from the types of photos you'd see in printed media...fashion magazines and what not.

Spent my weekend rearranging furniture in apt. .. and building some ikea stuff we bought..
going to have to re-do all my wires from my desk ,, don't usually have them hanging out like that but I had to let it all out in order to move properly .. what a rats nest

anyway while I was at it I dusted off the old pixm pro 100 that I got in a package deal when I bought a 5d3..
put that thing to work.. I find it a different experience looking at my pictures printed out large..
(although seems like for printing I need to expose them a bit brighter)
actually inspiring to go out and shoot more..

^ That's great that you're using the printer. There is nothing like holding a print in your hand.

Here is a cloud series that I took before a storm rolled in. I took these through a window on the 2nd floor of my house. The clouds were moving fast and were transforming into some cool shapes. Loxia 85 for all three.
