Okay, I've finally found a minute to post these - my apologies for the delay. Life just got in the way a little bit, lol. Anyway, after getting them all together and looking at them, I like them a lot better than I thought I did. :)

Turn:
A curve in the tracks near Saluda, NC.
Taken with my Canon Elph Sport on Voigtlander VXG 200 aps film (expiration unknown)

Walk:
I've been playing around with double exposures using a Hello Kitty aps film camera and I'm really starting to love some of them. So I took my toy camera along when I did an engagement session this past month and had some fun with it. One exposure is the texture of the side of the building I work in, the other is the engaged couple walking across a bridge.

Under:
Hiking in Pisgah National Forest I came upon this chance to see the underside of a tree, roots and all.
Canon Elan 7ne, FujiColor 200 (unknown expiration)

IMAGE LINK: https://flic.kr/p/UjSrzz (external link) 024 undertree-2 (external link)

Common:

Nothing unusual here, just a rusting old car in the North Carolina woods.
Canon Sure Shot Zoom, FujiColor 200 (unknown expiration)

Rare:
These are becoming less and less common.

I'm a little late to post, but I thought you did really well with last months topics.

Went to Riverbank Zoo and took my hunt photos.

These guys are pretty fuzzy:

This bear was always on the log with a lonely pining look on her face:

No ox at the zoo but this elephant is plenty strong:

Fuzzy baby geese.

Hop JuJu is a fairly strong Imperial IPA at 9% ABV. As a bonus, the photo is sort of fuzzy...perhaps the beer is too strong for the photographer to handle! :p

Usually we see the Wood Duck hens with large herds of a dozen or more chicks, but this mother appears to have only one lonely baby.

A new toy for yard maintenance.

And finally, Pizza and beer (another strong Imperial IPA, the Hop Marauder) on our weekly date night at Fat Heads tap house.

Nicely done, Don. The zoo is always a great place for photos. I'll have to keep that in mind for a future hunt.

Same to you Allen.

I especially like your pizza and beer photo. It makes me hungry.

Nice mower but it looks too much like work. :p

The pizza is excellent. Probably the best in the area. My wife and I stop here once a week on the way home from work.

As for the mower, it is for trim work only, just to get into the places that the 60-inch zero turn cannot fit!

Hey, I know this is late notice but if anyone who hasn't picked topics yet would like to volunteer for June let me know. Otherwise I'll post topics tomorrow morning. And hopefully I'll be posting my pics tonight. :)
