Blows away the Sony GM? Are you even remotely serious????? Their sharpness is comparable and the Bokeh of the GM is WAY smoother, plus 11 blades vs 9 and native AF...so yeah like your Sigma as much as you like (I love my Sigma 135mm) but do not talk nonsense about the GM just to try validating your purchase cause you are not helping any one.

My first foray into OCF & HSS. Canon 5d iii, 135mm f2, 1/640, ISO 100. Used a Cheetah Stand QBox 30, with YN flash & trigger, around 10:30 AM. I'm very pleased so far, I don't mind cc either.

A few things
- cleaning up a few things like white fluff on left arm, hairs on black sweater, a couple of hairs in sunlight are things you should always do - takes 10 seconds
- foreground OOF things like branches, don't add to the picture, so again, i would quickly remove them in PS
- overall I think the picture is fine - but it looks like a raw image - i.e. it lacks some contrast - so this is something I would personally address to make it pop
- when you have greens in the background OOF areas, greens are sometimes great to add both luminance and some saturation to (makes them pop more)
- this is a very attractive young lady so contrast to the overall image, a little bit of additional exposure to her face and chest, in addition to overall contrast, done in a subtle way, and to photographer preference, is something to consider
- the tied around waist thing is a general no-no but in this case it doesn't harm her overall shape, but slightly cropping it from below, keeps the colour, which is great, but also reduces the messiness


this was my 20 seconds in LR in PS to give you an idea of what I would do

Did a maternity shoot with my wife. This is one of my favourites of the set.
Shot on 70D with 18-35 ART and Godox AD360 through a 43" octabox on 1/4 power, camera left.

Congrats! Boy or Girl?? Consider a silhouette too. For this pic, her left hand is quite brightly lit. I'd drop it a bit in post.

Or, to make the sensor not as sensitive to the strobe, depending on how close it was and the minimum power level. I know that my strobes are 1/16 minimum power for HSS. I'm just guessing, though.
