This is taken with the 35mm f2 IS which is the most used lens on my 6D :D (and probably my personal favorite too)

....and obviously the 22/2 does quite well at macro.
Well I haven't bought the macro yet, and now after using the affordable (I bought from DigitalRev/imported from Hong Kong) 60mm Tamron macro
I might not be so temped by the official M macro-

Great shot! Did you use the AF or peaking for this?

I'm still waiting to get my 100L back from repairs so I can try using it more on the M5.

Yes I've read about the sigma too, always glowing....but but but...it's got to be heavy. I've got a 180mm and
a 100mm macro and they are heavy too. Maybe you're not aging as quickly as me! But lightweight just has to
be my game plan--thus more and more mFT usage. Truth is I need to start shedding all the heavy EOS kit, use
more Sony as I transition to the Olympus. No complaints on Canon--always been good to me. That said, the M5 is
here for a long time. I can carry it all day.

Yes weight is a big factor with Sigma lenses. I love the 18-35 f/1.8, but have hardly used it on my M5.

We went out of our way to go back and capture this first one, the second one came from further up the Skyline drive before we hopped off and took the highways that parallel it.

With the kit 15- 45 .... while I like the range It's probably my least favourite lens, as not quite as sharp. But it is a kit lens I suppose. Probably the light a bit challenging for it today:
