This may be my favorite "walk-around" lens. These are imperfect images but it was an unseasonably cold, raw, and overcast day at a festival in Rhode Island, 200 meters from the Atlantic Ocean, and we rushed essentially everything.

I think what I am trying to share is that this is a versatile and sharp lens, and it may be a great choice when you want to get by with only one lens. I feel that we did capture our experience well enough with just this one lens.

From a veteran's event for the Memorial Day weekend. Elmo was a B-17 pilot in WWII with 31 missions over Europe, including 2 missions on D-Day in support of the invasion.
