Signs that humanity has reached it's end.

These are pretty funny.

Bored Panda forgot the one that says: "Caution. This sign has sharp edges. Do not touch the edges of this sign".

#2 brings back a personal memory for me. A few years ago I stopped at McDonalds to get an imaginary hamburger. They had a "new" sandwich depicted in a large, colorful banner beside the menu so I ordered that sandwich. Well, I sat down and unwrapped the sandwich....and was very disappointed. The picture of the sandwich showed lettuce and tomato squeezing out beyond the edges of the bun...cheese easing off the edge of the meat (which was sticking out past the bun). What I got was a single leaf of lettuce, a small, thin slice of tomato hidden within the buns, and it looked like Big Bertha in the back office had used it for a chair cushion. I decided to go to the counter and explain that the sandwich looked nothing like it was depicted in the banner. I was promptly educated on the fact that the picture in the banner was a lot bigger than the sandwich I was holding...basically, they were amazed that I thought the sandwich that I bought should look like the one in the picture. I even (tried to) explained about enlargement/reduction to them and their reply was "but, the picture is a lot larger than your sandwich". The scary part is that some of those folks are possibly future city, state, national leaders, or doctors, or judges, or ????. I mean, with today's society anything is possible. But, regarding sign #2...maybe, just maybe the added "*not actual size" footnote was added because of ignorant me.

No doubt. But, not as bad as once eating at one in the airport in Auckland, New Zealand. We were with a couple and she stated that her "Big Mac" tasted funny. Upon removing the top bun she found a red beet on her sandwich. She removed the beet and began eating again, but still there was a strange taste. She flipped the burger over, removed the bottom bun and there was a nice fried egg. We were all about to crack up by then. I know it was nothing unusual down there, but for us rednecks from the USA it was rather humorous. For the rest of the trip the jingle "...two all-beet patties on a sesame seed bun" kept slipping out among giggles...people walking by us surely thought we had escaped a mental institute. :-P
