Not sure of it's UK designation but Canada calls it the CT-155 (T is for trainer)

Yes it looks like it is the "new" Hawk, which we call the T2. It's been a long time coming too, since the T1, and T1A which is the Red Arrows version, have been in service for over thirty years with the RAF. The T2 is a big upgrade.
