It's the CHOMP, do the CHOMP....

There's a new dinner that is going around
Called the Chomp...
do the Chomp.
You can do it to the rhythm of that caterpillar sound
It's the Chomp
do the Chomp....

:-P

Come on, how many of you started singing the tune The Bump, by Kenny???

Anyway...

Here's the chomp...

A sawfly caterpillar I suspect, chomping through a leaf in the garden tonight at aroun 11pm!

This past weekend was the Mid Atlantic Air Museum's World War II Weekend at the Reading (Pennsylvania, USA) Regional Airport. I rented a Sigma 100-400 | C just for the occasion. Gotta say, I like that lens! Here are a couple of shots:

The metadata that POTN pulled out from all of these says Canon 100-400, but it's actually the new Sigma Contemporary. I think that's because I exported these JPEGs from Lightroom 5, which predates the Sigma 100-400 | C by a couple of years. I keep telling myself that I'll upgrade to LR6 CC the next time B&H or somebody has the 12-month certificate on sale.

From an underwater fashion shoot we did a few hours ago. Used my 70D with Tokina 10-17 but have been seriously looking at a 5dMk4 for more detail in the underwater realm which is where my focus is at. The 70D has certainly produced some great results however.

The wife found this one on a dock leaf - blended in with the colours of course...

Taken on the Venus 60mm (external link) lens on the 70D.

Been playing black and white conversion using Nik Silver Efex - not sure if special thread for them or not ...

From trip to Cambridge last year - lovely little lake right in middle of town, and dog friendly as well.
