The first film I shot on my AE-1. I didnt really do photography when film was still major so its something new for me. Ilford Delta 400 Pro B&W film. Still learning the camera of course, on my 3rd roll.

Try to focus on the closest to the viewer eye; here the focus is on her shoulder. Keep shooting and you will get better!

the f1.4 was throwing me off because it was only 400 film. I also didnt know I could push the film to 800 so now I do that for my indoor shots. I never thought that manual focus with a film camera would be so different than a digital camera but it seems to different to me. Hopefully Ill be able to scan the rest of that roll and I got better. Always more practice and learning.

Here is another one 2 shots later. I think the focus is tighter here. Cant remember all the settings though because I didnt know about logging.
