Maybe if they were surfing I could get some decent shots for prom! or if they act like birds I could take them to Bolsa Chica, then I might know what I am doing....

I rarely shoot people....

Comedic Candid...

Father/Daughter candid I took during her Prom photoshoot... She definitely has her dad's comedic sense of humor... Hehehe... On another note... By complete accident, I found this little pathway garden with plants that shaped into a nice archway with downtown Los Angeles' skyline as the backdrop... It's on the Department of Water and Power Building grounds (sharing is caring)... Canon 1Dx + 50L combo... ISO 100, f/2 @ 1/800sec... Profoto B1 + Profoto 24" Deep Octa for illumination... Profoto TTL-C Air Remote used for the wireless trigger...

:) :D

I was shooting surfing at the Manhattan Beach Pier Saturday morning while this guy was shooting the Grad with his 6D and 85L f/1.2, so I swung around and snagged this shot from 50yds+ :-).

Stormy Sunset...

IMAGE: https://c1.staticflickr.com/5/4257/34879642020_c0d809d261_b.jpg
IMAGE LINK: https://flic.kr/p/V9choh (external link) Stormy Sunset (external link) by Air Butchie (external link), on Flickr

Taken at this quaint little vacation home called Robinson's Cove in Moorea, French Polynesia... It was slighly sprinkling during dusk, due to the fast moving clouds that night... To my surprise, it opened up to reveal the sunset just as it was hitting the horizon... I had moments to get my gear setup and take a few photos of this amazing opportunity... Within 10 minutes, the fast moving clouds overtook the enter sky and it was back to cloudy skies for the rest of the evening... Nonetheless, nature presented it self with this amazing light and I'm honored to have captured it... Thanks Mother Nature!!! 1DX + 16-35LII... ISO 200, f/9 @ 20second exposure...

 :)

PS. No filters used!!!

This is all I'm seeing, Sibil.........I think there may be a problem with your PhotoBucket account.

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

Yes, There is a problem. According to Photobucket, hot linking is not allowed for their free account anymore, which is news to me, after using it for years. They disabled that feature from my account, yesterday. They are asking for $399, to convert to a paid account, to restore hot linking. Sorry about this. I am so down about it.
