I fully understand why you added the blur to the background, but it just looks really wrong in a couple of places. The most glaring is the difference in blur from one side of the starboard undercarriage leg to the other, I know you did it that way to play down the pair of legs in the middle distance. The other thing is that DoF blur would never come in that quickly, the legs simply shouldn't be as blurred as the far background for it to look natural. I know it's more work, but I would try to introduce the blur a little more gradually, so that you can keep it consistent for distance across the whole image. Or I might just leave it without the blur at all. At the moment I find the artificial blur distracting, because it looks wrong.

It's a really nice shot of the aircraft, given the constraints of the location. An issue it can be hard to avoid on a working airfield.

Agreed, for me though is the starboard wing is lost in the blur. The legs I would have address by just cloning in tarmac.
