Love the tones of my XT-1 with the 90/2, hoping to pick up some more glass soon.

So are you implementing more Fuji in your automotive work? Took a quick gander and most of your recent looks like Nikon?

Your an extremely talented automotive shooter!! I haven't seen much or heard of automotive photographers shooting fuji.

I really dig Fuji render on human subjects.

Thanks!

Not at this stage, only having 16mpx to play with doesn't give me the flexibility in editing that I need, that and the poor low light focusing accuracy is an issue. If I could step up to the XT-2 I would consider it though but cant afford that right now.

My portrait stuff is just for fun at the moment and I rock the XT-1 and my D800 to try and get used to mirrorless more.

Yeah, this guy had a mints worth of globes. There was a second smaller room with a couple more rows of them. Here's one highlighting some of the globes better:

Off to shoot a launch event for Heineken tonight, they have taken over a pub for the night so lots of bodies and beer - hoping the lighting will be awesome as you can never really tell.

Bringing an i40 & an i60 with the air1 so I can bang some light handheld with a small modifier on using TTL while dragging the shutter a bit. Have managed to pack two cameras and four lenses and the two flashes, along with loads of batteries into the Bowery, well the cameras and two lenses are on a moneymaker so not in the bag.

Leaving everything else at home, it's feels a little odd as I can't just go grab an ultra wide or tele or bigger lights and grip but I don't want to have worry about any gear as I'm on my own so it's really good to be able to have such a small set up and still be able to offer the client a range of shots. Also being able to deliver such awesome JPGs in real[Ish] time is a great bonus. The raws they will get on Monday. Now what colour profile to shoot in...

I hope so too. Turns out it was a quite night or rather they booked me to arrive way to early. I ended up staying for almost an extra hour - that I won't be charging them for - just so we could get some crowd.

The i60 really put the little i40 in it's place though, good as the i40 is it's big brother is where it's at. Both cameras did a great job of focusing despite the almost non existent light at times. A few misses where it would just not lock on but only a few. It's to 12:30 at night and I'm about to cull the shots & back up the drives before bed and finally having a beer of my own.
