This bridge is having some issues. Seems it just can't handle a wall of water....

They did have it blocked off.

But of course that meant I had to go on it. I've never been able to get rid if this 12 year old that lives inside me.  :p

A walk on the River Kwai bridge. The rounded truss is part of the original bridge built in 1943. The square truss was part of the repaired bridge after it was destroyed by allied bombs on November 28,1944.

It is interesting to know the bridge was rebuilt after the bombing.

I remember watching the movie "Bridge on the River Kwai" when I was a kid!

That was only about 5 years ago, right? right?!?!

So I found a couple old HDs in my closet, but only one of them seems to show up on my computer. Anyhow, I found this on the working one. It's a shot I took in a snow storm, 12/1/2007. Windsor Ontario across the river.
